Professional Biography of David Todd Zussman, President of R. E. Tax Lien Partnership, Inc.

David Todd Zussman has served as President of the Managing Member since its organization.

From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Zussman served as president and chairman of American Certificate & Title Company ("ACT"), a company engaged in the business of acquiring tax liens. As an officer of ACT, Mr. Zussman acquired substantial experience in the method and procedures relating to the acquisition of tax liens for clients.

In 1995 Mr. Zussman founded Cyber Information, Inc., an internet marketing and advertising company which traded on the OTC-BB for three years. Mr. Zussman served as chief executive officer and chairman of Cyber Information until it was acquired by merger in 1998.

From 1980 to 1994, Mr. Zussman served as president of Wall Street News Productions, a Los Angeles based media company which he founded, that provided financial marketing and consulting services to several hundred financial investment companies.

In 1979, Mr. Zussman served as a vice president of marketing and a corporation spokesperson for Sonnenblick Goldman/Lehman Securities, the General Partner for various real estate limited partnerships

Mr. Zussman was an SEC registered investment advisor from 1978 to 1998.

He has a lifetime teaching credential in California in the areas of business, law, banking, securities and investments, having been a college instructor at Harbor and Pierce Colleges.

Mr. Zussman holds an A.A. degree in Real Estate Construction Technology, has a Juris Doctorate in Law and holds a California Real Estate License.
